Kevin Owens and Men’s Money in The Bank winner Austin Theory have been feuding for a while, and Owens confronted the former U.S. Champion on the last episode of “WWE Raw.”
Before Owens hit Theory with a “Stunner”, they had some tense words to say to each other.
It looks like Kevin Owens’s promo on WWE RAW this Monday was so good that it changed his status going forward.
Owens has been a bad guy for almost all of his time in WWE, but fans still like him because he is good in the ring and on the mic.
Owens talked to Mr. Money in the Bank Austin Theory on Monday Night RAW this week. He asked the young star how he sneaked up on Johnny Gargano and made fun of the fact that WWE no longer sees him as the chosen one.
This is in connection to Vince McMahon resigning as the company’s Head of Creative, and who gave Austin Theory a lot of push.
The war of words turned into a fight, and it looked like KO broke Theory’s nose, which made the WWE Universe happy.
Owens was acting like a babyface, and there was a good reason for that. Mike Johnson of PWInsider says that KO has been moved from the bad guy side of WWE’s internal roster to the good guy side for RAW. Owens was on the internal roster as a heel before this week.
